Research Interests

Bioinformatics and mathematical modeling applied to different biological systems by integration of various metabolic modeling tools. Development of mathematical algorithms and computational tools applied to metabolic and genetic research in a Systems Biology frame. Data mining and metabolic network analysis for microbial and medical applications.
